Check your breech seal .. something is not producing constant firing sequence. Piston seal can effect that to if its tight. 1 use thin Kleenex warped over breech and fire. If it’s leaking It will tear. if unsure. 2 shaving Cream will guarantee to show a seal leak. .. self explanatory.

I’ve got a R-7 .20 with a Vortek pg4 and it’s a hammer. Seal sizing is key with them as well as lube removal in the inner springs. That being said it is a tad snappy , there is immediate pre load at barrel break when loading. 550 fps with 11.4 Ftt.
