Calm wind this morning with jsb lites out to 100 yds. Spinners @ 35, 45, 60, 70 and 85 yds. Golf balls @ 100. . These little guys launched @ 1000 fps shoot like a Lazer. Tuning up for cold weather and starlings.

My prophet .177 also likes the lite KO slugs plus the Zan 10 gr.
Unfortunately I don't have a local stockist for the KO, import, plus shipping bumps up the price, definitely worth it.
Certainly more entertaining and enjoyable than slinging larger lumps of expensive slug.
Long live .177 slugs. A pensioners budget option.

It’s amazing how effective and accurate the 10.03gr mk3 are. My RTI loves them. The pests not so much

I love your yard! And yes .177 is so underrated!
This is for my Uragan 2 .177 600mm shooting 18gr at 1000fps with a bc of .12. Although it shoots these superbly it prefers the 20gr, I haven't gotten the data for them yet.

I guess everyone's RTI 177 is shooting the LW barrel at 500 ml , Just tuned my RTI Standerd with a 700cc bottle with JSB 13 gr pellets @ 880 to 900 FPS, My barrel does not like slugs or just about any other pellets I tried , Hades, JTS 10gr, JSB 10 gr and about five other 177 pellets I had , Picky barrel?
OH, I also get over 500 shoots with one bottle fill,
And slugs seems to dirty the barrel super fast, Got to clean after every slug test,

It's a barrel lottery.
I've 2 .177, RTI/LW 510 mm barrels, one very ammo picky, the other shoots slugs and pellets. The slugs do need speed in the .177 barrel.

177 slugs tends to dirty barrel pretty quickly but in my case not that quick. You nay have a pretty tight choke especially, maybe slug the barrel and measure it?

The 10 gr MK3 just tear up things, well little mice at least, very gooey pictures my friend is sending me when he have shot one.
Have not tried the MK2 ones but the MK3 and regular ones we cant really tell any difference in accuracy.
On a good day i will gladly shoot 10 grain KO slugs out to 118 / 125 M distance
Never forgetting the pheasant i shot at 65 / 70 M with a MK3, it just dropped so quiet its 2 friends a few feet away dident even notice
My new 600 mm barrel on the Maverick will absolutely NOT shoot any slug, which is funny CUZ any other FX barrel i have owned will.
Well at least the two 700 mm barrels.
I do not feel barrels get dirty fast, but of course i do not have experience with shooting slugs in other larger calibres CUZ i am barred from that by my unjust rulers.

@ Spinach, I'm running the Cz 510mm in mine. Love both pellets and slugs. Will cloverleaf jsb 10.3 @ 70 yds @ 910. When wind pick up i switch to jsb ko 13.4 @ 925 . Sane setting for jsk ko lites. A few clicks to rezero @ 45 and back in game

Where did you get a 177 510mm CZ barrel to fit the PROPHET ???
Is that a Priest barrel made to fit the Prophet?

Usually the LW from RTI are “silver” and the CZ are “blue”. Other thing Ive noticed as a difference between the CZ and LW barrels I have..the LW have a slight step down in OD to fit the receiver..the CZ do not.

I am be gaining to think RTI just sticks any barrel on the Prophet,, I know on my prophet ll I was told the big jump in price over the RTI l was the RPB barrel made just for RTI,, So I ordered a RTI ll , Mine came with a LW barrel in 22 ,When I questioned this I was told there were shortage of RPB barrels,,, So it still stands I did not get what I paid for,, I will not buy any more RTI guns because of there LIES.

Lothar Walther (LW) made/makes both the LR (Long Range) and RPB barrels for RTI.
So, your .22 should have been made (and stamped) LW.
Here is a picture of some of my Prophet barrels. Is your barrel stamped similar?
