Thanks. I forgot to mention that if I have a difficult screw that I have to remove, I grab a soldering iron and heat the crap out of the screw to break the bond. It really seems to help on difficult screws or bolts.

That would've been a much better idea but I was excited and impatient
I didn't know it had red loctite until after I destroyed the screw. I see the new shroud has 4 holes for grub screws for the bbl but the kit didn't come with them so I might pick up a new front sight screw when I grab those grub screws.
