I would like to interject a couple of concerns with the BR format and possible improvements from a shooters perspective. I want and am going to keep this positive! First is safety on a firing line!!!, before, when and after a card or relay etc. I personally feel once the RO calls hot line no one I mean no one should be on the firing line or cement pad etc. and even should be at least 10 ft behind! Even camera men! If one of them is to trip and fall or bump into your bench

you get the idea… I think multiple RO’s behind the line with the authority to keep people at bay would greatly improve safety and distractions.
Second is the company that had cameras on every target and relaying this information in real time is actually is pretty cool but again the display screens could have been further away from the firing line And the trip hazards associated with this equipment is a concern.
Thirdly is numbering the firing lane the benches are numbered

but the actual firing lane should be! like a plaque above the bench mounted on the structure In front of the bench or behind the bench would greatly help us shooters getting ready to move benches or set up for our relay and also keep spectators away from the firing line trying to correlate bench vs. screen they are watching.
Now for the positive, I know Tyler and staff are taking on a huge commitment and challenge trying to keep this fun, safe and entertaining for shooters and spectators alike and Applaud him for doing so

this event is close for me and allows me to participate without spending tons of money and time to do so! And do not in any way want this event or Tyler and staff to get over criticized for hosting this competition they worked tirelessly to host this and make sure it stayed on schedule and everyone had a good time. “And I Did!”. Thank you.
Now I want to say I had the most fun with the field target competition and the shooters! What a great group of competitors they are! Always being positive, encouraging and supportive. Congratulating you when making a tough shot and making suggestions for future shots. I am not competitive in this discipline but still very nervous for those first few lanes until a rhythm develops and every shooter I was paired with was Awesome and I had a genuinely fun time with you all! I hope the same can be said for me.
I know this has been a long post but wanted to share this “ maybe should be posted elsewhere?” If so please do so. But what a tremendously fun event. Hat’s off to pyramid air, Tyler and staff for hosting this this wonderful event.
