Had a couple of Daisy bb guns back in my adolescent years, cannot remember what model. As an adult a FWB 124d I bought in the first quarter of 1975, still have it and it is still one of my favorites. Not long after I got it, I put a Willams receiver sight on it , the a few years later took that off and put a 3-9x Beeman scope on it. Had to have it resealed sometimes in the mid 80's shot it quite a bit then put it away for a number of years. Back around 2019 I was going to get it out for my grandson to shoot and discovered the seals had gone south again so sent it to Airgunwerks to be rebuilt. When I got it back tried the scope again and was not comfortable with it so dug the old receiver sight back out and it is still on it, It just handles better with the receiver sight.

Oh yea! I love it! That look is so addicting. Youve had quite a journey with this one. After all this time, must be good seeing it in it's original glory.

Assorted BB guns as a kid but this go-around (last 8 years into PCP'S) my 1st was a Benjamin Discovery .22 then a Marauder .22 then onto Hatsans AT44 .22, BT65 .22 & .25 then to an FX Royale 500, Boss, Bobcat .22 & a few months ago traded the Bobcat for an Edgun R3 long, .22 slug gun. Not as extensive a journey as others but ultimately ended up with 3 guns I absolutely love & that seem to get better the longer I have them (or maybe I've gotten better). I'm thrilled & grateful to have what I do & am perfectly satisfied. Not EVERYONE can say that.

It is! It is still one of the easiest cocking, best handling of any of the guns I have. Early this year I managed to acquire, at considerable expense, a couple of much older FWB 150 target rifles. They look more like a sporter than the next generation model 300 series, and are not quite as sophisticated, but still exceedingly accurate. One is actually stamped Daisy. Both of these are from the mid 1960's.

Learned to shoot a Slavia 618 springer in the early 60's, that was my first "real gun". I learned to hunt with a Crosman 101 multi-pump back then as well.

Later I bought a FWB124 and that was my go-to for 40 years. I've added a bunch of airguns to the collection in recent years, mostly PCPs.

But I still have and shoot those old airguns from when I was a kid.

That Marauder .22 and Benjamin Discivery .22 are masterpieces! And your lineup is incredible. Im really seeing how beautiful all these guns are. You and your weapons have really grown to be one! :)
Personally, I never got the Marauder to shoot worth a damn. When I got the Royale THEN I understood what airguns could really do & be. All the others were just a stepping stone in the learning process. After acquiring the Royale & Boss I sold everything else I had. It just couldn't compare!

A daisy Red Ryder with the lightning loader twist muzzle followed by a Coleman 760 with the brass bolt. Then a blue streak and lastly a Beeman c1....never mastered the required artillery hold for that one. Also managed a Benjamin pump pistol, the Webley tempest and hurricane. All those between 1975-1985.

Of course all of them are gone. I have soothed the void with fx, raw, rws and lcs.....

My first was a Daisy 1911 repeater. I had access to a scoped Beeman springer, a Webley overbarrel pistol, and a Daisy Powerline 777 at my grandparents. Rimfires and centerfires for decades until a few months ago I got a Crosman 760. A little under gunned for the local squirrels so looking at a PCP. I have a quiet bolt gun but being in town it's frowned upon.
