N/A Lightweight pcp for squirrel hunting

The new release Pinty tactical single shot rifle is improved over the 1st release rifles. Outta the box, my trigger right at 4.5lbs, very very accurate, no scope rail issues at all, and will knock squirrels outta trees with authority using 18 grain pellets. I and my rifle and like JSB and JTS ammo.
One of my discos came with the most insane mrod trigger on it I've ever used. It's lighter and shorter than my 6 Oz kidd rimfire unit. It knows when to take the shot before you do 😂 other than that my dreamtact trigger is pretty darn nice for the job too.

I went with a talon 177 that was knocked down about 200 due to blemish. I do not notice any blemishes really and cannot beat the lifetime warranty. Also American made is great. I am waiting on scope rings and then will get it sighted in and tomorrow or next week hopefully my cur dog and I will get after the squirrels.

Not too shabby. From my understanding they are pretty simple straight forward guns too. I have never owned one but that is what I have read. That is a good thing as pcp guns eventually need maintenance and oring replacement and easy to work on is always a plus. With 177 you will probably want to concentrate on head shots and 30-40 yards max.

The stock valve may be a little hot for .177, and so an o-ring slipped over the valve top-hat will help reduce power (and increase shot count), if you need to keep it subsonic:
That and heavy pellets, like 10+ grain.
Enjoy!

I just realized I didn't get the actual kit because im tight, I bought the same springs and transfer port then port matched the valve body and chamfered the inlet on the barrel to match the port but didn't go all the way through the barrel. I feel like i got simular results and saved cash .

Uhhh, ok? And a disco ain't a Pinty. Those discos were sweet even from the factory outta the box. Pity they stopped making them. Folks hold on to those like they solid gold. Can't say I blame them at all

I just searched dinty, and it reminds me of AMT (iykyk) . One looks like a scaled down airforce which is a cool concept and the other looked kind of like a wildcat or matador. You have me curious now
