Kalibrgun Getting in contact with Kalibrgun

Has anyone had any luck getting in contact with Kalibrgun? I bit ago I bought a brand new Snipe II in 30 cal. I loved it for 2-3 weeks. Made sure do do my due dilligence. I tried to reach out to them to see what their recommended optimum reg pressures was (because its not in the manual). Got no response. I found on the forums most are shooting between 160-200 bar. So I kept it around 170-180. One day I am at the range and after taking a shot I could hear air leaking. Figured it might be a seal somewhere. But couldn't find anything on break downs and replacement. So to avoid voiding my warranty, I reached out to them. Heard NOTHING. So I did some googling and found that Airguns of Arizona is a authorized warranty repair place. So I contacted them, then shipped it off to them weeks ago. Well they tried to reseal it and its still leaking and they do not know why. So I reach out to them again and ask, at what point do you all just replace the rifle since it apparently has a catastrophic failure? So I have reached out to them (Kalibrgun) three separate times and have yet to get a response from them. I have NEVER had a company this flippant about customers who buy their four figure guns. Does anyone have a contact number or email for them? Because I don't want to have to try to return it to the shop and screw them over. But asking me to eat that hefty price tag because they made a defective product and won't stand behind it seems crazy to me.

Well, first, if you were to return it to where you bought it, you're not "screwing them over". They're a seller and bear responsibility for what they sell. Actually, you could look at it the other way around, they screwed you with the gun. I know, I know, they had no idea of the troubles, but it could be just as easily looked at in reverse, so I would not be upset to return it to them.

If AOA can't seal it, that's a pretty big light bulb above your head, as they're fantastic at fixing airguns.

Kalibrgun is apparently not going to contact you, so you have to make a choice. I love Crickets, but this will sure play a role in the decision to ever buy another one. I feel for you and it sure sounds like you've done all the right things to rectify the situation. I wish you luck!

If you bought it from AoA or one of their dealers give them a call they will sort out any issues
I did not buy it from AoA. They just happen to be the authorized warranty center. I realize they (AoA) are doing their best and I have no issue with them. They have answered all my questions and have been reachable. Kalibrgun, not so much.

They only reason I hesitate to return it was its essentially a mom and pops business. Margins are already tight enough for them. As to Kalibrgun, I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook. Messaged them on IG. I have not gotten a reply from them on any medium. What sucks is I loved the gun. But even if AoA fixes it soon, I will probably sell it and NEVER do business with Kalibrgun again. Horrible non existent customer service.

You're talking about a company in the Czech Republic where there's lots of conflicts to this day. Did you make sure to contact the correct email address? You can also call Charlie Frear, owner of Georgia Airguns he works on kalibrguns primarily and can get parts.

I messaged them directly on their website, emailed their support number, messaged them on FB, and Messaged them on IG. The only thing I have not done is make a international call directly to the CR.

Yea I feel for you that’s a bummer no one responds to you. I’m a bit leery of foreign guns for that reason. Had a bad experience with an Aselkon that no one seemed to care about and after that I now have 2 USA guns that are heavily supported. Also have one Swedish one that I know I can get help on.
Anyway hope someone makes it right !
