Yes, I’m really pleased with my Krait, she’s so much more practical than U2. Ok, U2 can still produce double the power, but Krait is most often my first choice just because of the size and weight

Although with this setup I need L40 (the longest Airmaks mod) if I want to stay unnoticed.
But man… how much I like this airgun… I made so many small changes and alterations, from the stiffer barrel to the lighter trigger… now she’s the absolute beast in the smallest package possible

Is this cf sleve just slid over the barrel to give it some support? How has ownership of this rifle been? Are you satisfied with how it has performed? Im very close to ordering a krait L hp 25.

What I love about the L is how compact it still, if I have to go for an X I would rather stay with the impact standard like I do now. It's 37-38in long already with the mod but it's dead quiet, shooting 20.83gr at 890fps and I'm getting 5 mags which puts me at around 140 shots with a 480 bottle.Yes, just really tight sleeve over the barrel, glued.
I absolutely love my Krait. she’s L HP (unchoked) in .22, to be honest if you want .25 maybe you should go with X. Nothing wrong with L versions, but if you want to shoot heavier slugs, +7 inches more is a biggie, power wise.

Alth ultimately, it all depends for what use you’re planning to set her up.
As for Krait… I can’t write good enough about that airgun, I absolutely recommend her

Yes, that was my logic when I was ordering Krait; I wanted shorter barrel so I chose .22.
shooting 35gr @1050fps, I don’t even know how many shots but all frickin lot, more than 40, maybe +50. Ridiculously good tune, thanks to you, @MACTEN, I forgot who else was involved, sorry for not mentioning At the moment, with this tune I tested 25-34gr, but mostly used 25-30gr.

My buddies Vulcan 3 .25 700mm (also used to be mine and different buddy lol) I tuned to shoot 45gr slugs at 950-956fps the reg I believe is at 150-160 with the the tube set to plenum side. Getting like 4 mags deadly accurate, tuned it such for coyotes. Only problem is that it's a damn light pole lol.Man… that airgun… I promise you, when I fire I think it’s broken. this one is my compact .30 git an all black 22 standard and they are night and day difference from the M3 and dont need a single aftermarket item. Aside from oerhard the tungsten hammers is you really want more power. But that is it. This compact gives me 60 shots with 44.75 at 838avg There’s no a single day I don’t think about Leopard, but there’s also Slash and I’m waiting more firsthand experience before deciding.
