Hello AGN - Thought I would start a Compwell L110-S only thread for those of you who may own this machine.
My thoughts are to gather information we can all use and support this compressor from a standpoint of function, operation, and maintenance.
Will post some pics soon of my compressor.
Here are a few details for my comp:
Purchased: 2019, 3-stage, Air-coolied, 220VAC single phase, 2.2kW or ~3HP, fill rate ~3.2cfm/90l per min.
Uses Bauer Triplex Filter 057679, or 057679-410 (possible others, such as Filtertech X22629)
Lube: SECO 500 Synthetic (.6L per fill)
Intake Air filter: N40823 or N4823 or AA-22201-PP (Filtertech)
Mods: Adding in a automatic pressure cut off circuit to the power switch. Should have this done this week.
Details I would like to have:
1) Motor wiring diagram
2) Parts Supplier lists (mine is working great, but at some point there will be service necessary).
Suggestions:
1) Be sure to go over your compressor and check all connections and the belt alignment. My compressor had enough of a misalignment in the belt it would have worn out quickly had I not adjusted the motor pulley. I also reversed the motor pulley for better alignment.
2) Change your oil at least once a year regardless of hours run - synthetics absorb moisture and that is the worst thing for the compressor next to overheating.
Feel free to post with appropriate topics!
If you happen to have a Compwell gas-powered unit, jump on in!
Best,
