For those who have added the Saber Tactical chassis to their FX King, Dynamic or Panthera, how is the weight and balance? Does it seem extremely heavy?

Yes wondering the same thing. If you added the chassis to a Dynamic would it make it too heavy for hunting?

Weight/heavy is relative or depends on what’s heavy for you but I personally find dynamic with even just some add-ons is too long and heavy for hunting that requires carrying, walking or quick repositioning of the gun.

FX markets every gun they sell as a hunting platform!!! Obviously the devil is in the details and the 500mm factory version is ok/fine for hunting. But the 600 or 700mm versions are broom sticks! Add chassis and weight it can easily get over 12-13lbs!
IMHO FX impact is still the best hunting platform especially the compact version. Only down side is if you need to poke it through a small opening or something really close because bull pups are tall.
A 500mm DRS would be my second pick for hunting.

I hear what you are saying but the 600 dynamic is no longer than my 600 crown which I think is fine for hunting. I hunt from a seated or standing position off a tripod most of the time so I don't see length or weight for that matter for me as a particular issue it all depends on your hunting style I suppose.

Yes, it is personal preference. I personally think crown is also long even with 500mm barrel, my crown has the Dreamline 300mm barrel. Plus having my hunting impact compact at 29 inches total length spoiled me.
The reason I like the DRS is because I don’t need to worry about bumping the barrel at all. Dynamic is in similar boat so it would also take that out before I take the crown out for hunting. However there are a ton more crap you can put on the dynamic to make it much heavier than the crown. factory DRS is lighter, dynamic has power to do bigger game hunting though.

I have the King .22 - 600 mm with a Sabell chassis, honestly it is quite heavy to hold in your hand and even more so if we are walking while hunting. I installed the chassis because the weapon would be destined for exclusive use in BR and for that it is fine.
