Bolt on or buy a blank and have a machine shop finish it for you? I comment to see what pops up for my uses too.

The older.25 had green mountain barrels. Lot of guys raved about those in the forums. Might be hard to find one though.Although I hear good about newer to. The recent .22 stuff I’ve gotten from Benjamin (factory barrels)been shooters.
Did you get an inaccurate barrel for your .25? Or just wanting to tinker with your gun and squeeze a little more accuracy. I like to tinker to haha.
I’d call Rich at Airgun Revisions. He knows Benjamins very well. Plus he’s a super honest guy. He don’t push any BS to try to make a couple extra bucks. He should be able to help with a barrel.

Check out Lothar Walther. That was the route I was going to go and machine my own blank. The have their standard grooves and polyagonal. My gun is OLD and has an over choked green mountain barrel. They're an option too.
I was thinking of a barrel swap, a home brew barrel band and just half unf, no shroud. Or since the 25s have/had unique dimensions on the barrel and bolt make a bolt and convert it down to 20 like airgun revisions does and lean on that 25 valve a little.
I don't know if re profiling a blank is something you want to mess with but lw has some different smaller diameter blanks than we would find most other places that could remain similar to factory. There's always exploring an fx liner conversion if you want really skinny and light too.

Call Roy at Mountain Air. He can set you up with a drop in LW barrel. He does the air stripper and will work the barrel bands and bolt probe if needed. Great guy to do buisiness with. Just leave a message and he will call you back.

I’m aware that AR does fine work (I’ve even endorsed him a couple of times), but for a job like this, e.g. barrel work, he’d require you to send the action in.
I was wanting to buy one of his .22 LW MROD barrels (I own 2), have him cut the leade area for it to fit the 22xx/13xx platform, but he said that I need to send the action in.
It doesn’t make any sense to me, but it’s his rules and it’s most probably a safety precaution.
I was planning to build a 2260 with a 20” LW barrel. Already have a 1760 with a LW barrel as well but it’s quite short.
