Tuning Tuning down a Zelos

I love the zelos, its crazy accurate but its just too powerful for where i currently live and its pretty loud even with a somewhat decent moderator. Is there a tune where i could get it down to about 20fpe? i don't know if i need a different hammer spring and also what regulator pressure would be best.
The regulator as set around 2100, I we'll check the manual to see what the lowest working pressure on the reg is and set it maybe 100psi above that. From there back out the hammer about 2 to 3 turns and see where that lands you. Then turn you hammer in or out in 1/4 turns till you get the speed and accuracy that you want. For starters anyway.

Why not buy a quality moderator from donnyfl. Seems like you are more concerned with the noise level. With a proper moderator you can quiet anything down.
i don't find a normal donnyfl mod to be very effective, its an outdated design. I do hear good things about yokozuna though and from a internal design it looks good but his other moderators are really not great. I had a tatsu and tanto for my FX dreamline and it didn't perform nearly as well as i thought it should. I think the issue is also just how much land and neighbors you have to deal with so what is sufficient quiet for you wont always be good for everyone else.
