Is this how this is how this us supposed to look? Its from a HUBEN GK1 V3.

It's the opening valve on my Huben GK1. I got it a few months ago, emptied the mag twice, then it developed a leak. Due to other more pressing issues, I wasn't able to address the teardown until today. When I did, I noticed the face of the opening valve looks like it's made of concrete, and there was no plastic cover for the striker.

Did I get hosed?

I just pulled mine apart earlier today. Was having issues with fluttering after a shot. Mine looked worse than yours . I cleaned it up the best I could and it took care of my issue... For now. They are out of stock from what I see. Kind of a bummer.

Clean it, lube it and turn in the left trigger adjustment screw and see if that helps

the picture isn't clear to me, just looks a little corroded. Lots of moisture in the air we breathe and when compressed... Just a thought. I dont know what kind of metal that is either, could be it cast metal?

Hard to tell from the video, a good still shot might work better. First impression is just dirty air. May be corrosion on the part itself or corrosion that has come loose from upstream (compressor, filter, tank, etc). Or debris from a compressor.
