Brocock/BRK Ghost Huma reg white disk size?

I have to order some things from Huma and trying to order enough to make that shipping charge not seem as bad.

I think the reg rebuild kit is 12-6mm but I’m not sure if that means I need the 6mm valve white disk?

I’m waiting for A of A to get the kits back in stock. Been out FOREVER… Avoiding shipping from overseas. Don’t really need it but whenever they come in I will buy a couple.
