Entered just under the chin and poked through it's lower back. A good 5.5 inches of penetration on this tree rat. Used the crow Magnum pellets and he Fell right over dead. Pellet was just under the skin above its tail.

If you like those but need to take some longer shots at some point check out predator polymags. They're basically just a revision of the crow mag. I used exclusively crow mags for decades but they fell apart for accuracy at a very specific range with the gun I used at the time. Polymag shorts are my goto now when I need all the energy dump. One nice thing about crow mags is they dump all their energy and rarely pass thru for me.
