Snowpeak Max 1 Magazine

The Max 1 only comes with 1 magazine. None seem available anywhere. Since the Max 1 shares components with the Snowpeak M60, I decided to take a shot and ordered a Zelos/M60 magazine from Big Air Precision. Unfortunately I ordered .22 and needed .25 (Dunbass). I went ahead and tried the .22, it fit with just a tiny amount of slop. I measured my Max 1 magazine and the M60 magazine. Only one measurement differed, thickness. Max 1 is 15.5mm and M60 is 15mm.

So, I ordered 2 .25 magazines. 0.5mm is a strip of thick tape.

So what your saying is with some small tweaks I could have magazines made to fit the Max1 by the weekend? Bet

Sure looks that way. Dont even know if the 0.5mm makes any difference.

I believe that the zelos mags work with the max1, but they don't work the other way around. I believe that Wes mentioned this in a post.

You could jus ask Tony to make them a bit thicker.... he loves a challenge and would welcome the opportunity to have the correct fitting mags on hand.

How many Max 1 are out there?
I'm not sure the 0.5mm will negatively affect things.
