Hi Guys
This is my first post. I need some help.
I bought a Hatsan Flash-R QE .25.
Back in September. I've tried every kind of pellet (brand, weight, style etc) the best i can get is 6" groups at 40 yds. That is not acceptable. I need at least 1" groups. I have a good scope Hawkeye 4x12 adjustable objective. I'm 67 and I shoot a lot. Is there any fix for this rifle?
Should I cut my losses and get a better gun? I've had other pcp rifles. Air force, Benjamin. The Air Force was accurate. But was a single shot. I wanted a repeater. What do you guys think?
Thanks Deafelf

The Flash that I had the, receiver had both dovetail and picatinny / weaver rails. The rings that were on the rifle when I got it were dovetail but the pic rail interfered with a stable scope mounting. I changed to picatinny rings and it was quite accurate.
I didn’t buy it used, I won it at a gun show.
I actually liked the lightness and general easy handling of the flash.

I took the moderator apart i found a piece of a pellet. I also found a Crack in one of the plastic parts. If I had known how cheap it was I probably wouldn't have bought it. I put a new scope on it. I tried shooting it without the moderator parts. I could easily see a 6" spiral when the pellet left the muzzle. So it's on it's way to the repair center. I have a DonnyFL Sumo. I ordered an adapter to use it with the Hansan. Maybe I'll have a good shooter when it gets back.
