Hatsan Help 6" groups

Hi Guys
This is my first post. I need some help.
I bought a Hatsan Flash-R QE .25.
Back in September. I've tried every kind of pellet (brand, weight, style etc) the best i can get is 6" groups at 40 yds. That is not acceptable. I need at least 1" groups. I have a good scope Hawkeye 4x12 adjustable objective. I'm 67 and I shoot a lot. Is there any fix for this rifle?
Should I cut my losses and get a better gun? I've had other pcp rifles. Air force, Benjamin. The Air Force was accurate. But was a single shot. I wanted a repeater. What do you guys think?
Thanks Deafelf

How about the "Air Venturi Avenge-X PCP " anyone have any experience with one? It looks sharp. I'm looking for accuracy.
Avenge-X is a modular platform. For maximum accuracy you want the 22.8"/580mm barrel. The rest is pretty much ergonomics.

I dont own one so I cant say how accurate they are.

Zelos/M60b are reported as very good.

Most FX, RAW, Daystate are VERY accurate but you pay a premium there.

Or just plain ol original A/V avenger in .22 or umarex origin..

Thanks your right accuracy is the most important thing. I have a condor .22. It needs TLC. A new tank valve. It's been in storage. The trigger is frozen. Who could I send it to for repair and upgrades?
Airforceairguns.com to repair.

Upgrades on Condor are a breeze. You can add all of the following to a condor in 30 minutes with 2 Allen wrenches (3/32, 1/8). You can push .22 H&N Barracuda 21gr pellets supersonic (not advisable) or set the regulator for 1500psi and 900FPS and a LOT of shots.

Heavy Hammer
Heavy Spring
High Flow Tophat

Huben Power Cricket Max-ATH regulator

Or you can go the whole big bottle big plenum route (my Talon with 1.1L bottle and 120cc plenum)

Sounds like a Gamo then ..😉

Dont know what the definition of budget is for any one person, but if .,25 this could do

I have a .22 Shin Sung Career 2 707, the predecessor.
Love that rifle, very good looking, lots of power. A heavy rifle. Accurate and has that slide in linear magazine which i find i like a lot better than rotary that the Seneca has. Or any rotary magazine.

Get a Benjamin PCP the Akela, the Marauder and others are great. You want accurate, get the Marauder Field Target. Pellet on pellet accuracy, the Others are all better than1/2" at 25 yards....I got mine as factory refurbisbed from Airgun Revisions, talk to the owner ; he's great and can help ,they also carry other brands of PCP.

Air Venturi Avenge-X Tactical or

Benjamin Armada tactical. Which do you think is better?

600 is the upper limit of the more budget minded guns I would look at. When you are approaching 600 the only ones I would consider are the zelos and maybe an avenge x. You get to that 700 to 800 and it’s deadwood there. Save 1000-1200 and get something on the used market way better or even something new like a DRS.

Thanks. Rebuilding the old 22 condor is what I've always wanted to do the only thing I've ever disliked about it was it's a single shot. Difficult to reload in low light conditions or wearing gloves. It was loud but I built a moderator from PVC and coke bottle tops. It helped noticeably with heavy pellets. I want to upgrade with a .25 barrel, New tank valve, stock etc. I was considering buying a new .25 condor but I could build a better one for less. Do you think you could give make up a good recipe for a nice build ?. For hunting. I'd like to get a good store bought suppressor to. I've got plenty of time before the hunting season. I sure appreciate yours and all others support. It sure makes a difference. Especially in getting a better PCP for the money. I'll spend as much as $700 for the project. Thanks Deafelf
