Bsa spitfire 10 multishot

HI!
In new to air rifles but i bought a BSA spitfire 10 multishot. It seems to be a nice rifle but it does not have much power.
I live in sweden and we have a law that sets the max joule to 10 and 199ms.

I saw that in other countrys it has 26joule and 310ms

Does anybody know how they have restricted the power.
I saw that the Hole thats meets the barrer is very small but maybe its fine be that way.

Interesting... I guess bsa and gamo are all the same today that transfer port on your bsa look restricted .

Heres my USA gamo port its wide open i guess vs yours

Whisper fusion mach1 .22.

Yours i guess i never seen the transfer port made that way.. that's new to me seeing that ..
