Buying/selling Airguns on Craigslist?

Where I live? Yes. But your mileage may vary.
Craigslist doesn't seem to like it much, but they can't catch them all. So people list and sell them without using the algorythm targeted terms.

Craigslist has no issues with air guns and I have sold two rifles with them this year. A real blessing as no firearms dealer wants to bother with an airgun.

Craigslist absolutely has a problem with Airguns as stated above. 
It isn’t illegal but they can do as they wish so they ban them from being listed.

Yes legal, but can be against the rules.

What I have seen people do is just list the brand, and model number, rather than stating that it is an airgun.
If your listing is, for example, Weihrauch HW50, anyone who would be interested in it, will know what it is. The average Joe will have no idea.
