What did you do airgun related today.

Today I took the targent sights off of a fwb 601 and replaced them with a spare Trijicon SRO dot sight. This required a rail adapter being installed on the 11mm rail to fit the mill spec of the Trijicon. This was a very easy install after removing the sights. Then installing the SRO, again very easy next a rough zero with the Site Lite lazor. Then get a real zero shooting.

Did a little testing with my new to me Crosman 2240. 13 grain Crosman pellets and I was getting distance of over 75 yards which impressed me. I expected less.

Got a Stoeger XM1 Scout in 22 cal. from Pyramyd today and put a Arken EPL4 4-16x44 on it. It's charged and waiting for some testing in the morning.

Replaced barrel O-Ring of my Blackwolf without taking out the barrel. Pretty easy process with a borescope to see what I'm doing as I push in the O-ring from the pellet probe side.

My Zelos needs one of these

Today I fixed my Tuxing Compressor.
Put tube back on Zelos bottle adapter was leaking. Then filled Zelos to max
3,525 no problem. Fill the Guantlet to 4,000 loaded 6 Guantlet mags , and 2 Zelos mags with my favorite 28 grain slugs ( Apolo HP dish base ) for total of 100. I was working in 105°temp in the shade though. It's so on for tomorrow. I would do a shoot out with the 2 but Zelos would win every time.

Today is a wonderful day , woke up to a UPs delivery last night on the porch , 4 tins of .22's 2 each 5,53 and another 2 tins of 5.55 H&N FFT .
USPS out for delivers 2 packages , one is experimental mod's and the other is air related items from Amazon .

(hopefully i will get my Iphone back to sending pictures to my PC .)

Only filled the gun to 200 bar last night to let it sit and see if it would hold pressure and it was still sitting on 200 bar this morning. Got it sighted in with some JSB 15.89gr pellets this morning. I will say it's very accurate and the fit and finish looks pretty good for the price point. I didn't experience any pellet clipping like I did when I first got my JTS Airacuda a few years ago. I put my Moderator on to time the bark some. I live in the sticks but still like to keep my neighbors somewhat on peaceful terms. I will say if you plan on using the magazines and a scope, you'll probably need high rings. Overall very impressed with it may even get rid of my Hatsan Flashpup QE in 25 now.

Finished my 2240 service tool project this morning. Then opened a package from Airguns of Arizona, it's a Rohm Twinmaster Action. Am canna embarrassed I had to read the manual, I usually just figure every thing out. LOL, will shoot this tomorrow.
