What are the best night vision scope choices?

I have been doing this a long time tested many digital scopes and throughout all that knowledge I gained i became a device specialist for DNT optics. DNT gets my vote for a few reasons not just becuase I work there but for all the features packed into one unit. I am not a desk jockey and a lot of guys/gals know me here. If you have any questions feel free to ask. If its just a digital night vision optic you want the zulus v2 would be the one to get. If you wanted thermal as well the ThermNight line is amazing.

I agree 100% with @Rcm . I own ATN and PARD Night Vision / IR scopes but picked up the DNT TNC225R last November. Total and absolute game changer. So much so that I plan to sell my NV scopes. Actually just sold my 225 and ordered the TNC635R which will be here Monday. I'm not a hunter but I do pesting around the property, mostly mice. I see 10X more mice with thermal.

i bought a tnc225r this year for less than $1000. it is my only thermal scope, but it does pretty amazing things. Especially for under $1000.

Question for those that have owned cheaper Night Vision not thermal , in the past . IF i own a typical country back yard 100 feet wide X 150 deep including the house . What is the real difference in cheap VS 1K or more ?

i also have a zulu 5-20 with just the IR, and it is great, even out to 100 yards. can easily make out anatomy on a squirrel at 100 yards with it. it would be fine for even mice at 100x150 feet area.

I use my Zulus 5-20 to shoot mice and rats at 50 yards and it does very well! The attached IR Lamp is more than enough for up to 100 yards, although I've never attempted a shot at that distance on a rat or mouse, I have shot targets at that distance.

I paid $1300 for a Pulsar C50 with 1928x1088 resolution. It is not as good as any of my PARD NV scopes for night shooting. The C50 has become my primary daytime starling/crow scope because of it's shortcomings under ir illumination. The PARD Nightstalker 4k is a great NV scope at half the price. It sees heavy night use on a powder burner.
NV resolution on the much touted and overly hyped here on Airgunnations DNT & TNC optics is listed at 1920x1080. About half the resolution of the PARD Nightstalkers 3840x2160. If DNT had matched the resolution of the PARD, I would have already of bought one.

UGH... I just bought a 635 from DNT. It will be here tomorrow ( Monday ). Tactical Panda's price is a little better. I'll have to look into this a little further!!!Definitely DNT! And, Tactical Panda has a great sale going on right now, they even have the new V2 Zulus on sale.
