Mine were same way. Packed like sardines wrapped in one layer of brown paper each. Only one tin got dented up luckily. Free shipping so maybe he skimped on packing lol. They was mixed up on what pellets were available to so my order took forever. Owell it was a good deal.Recently received a shipment from Fox Air Power, which BTW was my first (and last) order from them. Loosely packed and wrapped in brown paper and pellets arrived beat to CRAP! When I contacted them, they tried to blame the damage (from THEIR poor packing) on the shipping system.
I sent them pics of the beat up tins and they blamed it on the shipping department. They offered me a $25 coupon on my next order but I declined since I won’t be ordering from them again.Mine were same way. Packed like sardines wrapped in one layer of brown paper each. I'd buy from them, but they are out of the 22 caliber Predator GTO pellets that I've settled on. I really need to stick with lead free where I'm shooting.I can vouch for Trenier’s who packs pellets very securely.
Bummer. They kinda irritated me on my order. Emailed to say they was out of a tin I ordered. No biggie but they was all mixed up on what pellets were actually available. I had to play the email game for 2 1/2 days. I asked them twice to call me so we can get something on the way. They just keep emailing meI sent them pics of the beat up tins and they blamed it on the shipping department. Unfortunately Utah Air pops me with California Tax each time I order from them. I use them very sparingly because of this.Utah Air is my go to for pellets. Always packed well. Buy 4 and the 5th is free. No sales tax outside of Utah. AND - if not in a hurry, wait to order on the ONE DAY - now and then - when they offer free freight!

Greetings. Any non lead options?Hi Airgunners !
I’m the one who make the Franco’s Slugs in 22 , 25 and 30 .
They come with hollow point , flat tip or LSWC 3/4 round nose .

I do most of my starling shooting at farms that also have barnyard fowl running around, so in order to avoid lead poisoning I have to use non lead. From what I can tell, copper, tin, bismuth, and other non toxic metals are available. From your pictures, I see they are cast which makes non lead slugs harder to manufacture. Casting is out of my area of experience outside of bearings and hammers.Hi Gos !
No , only lead slugs .
Do you know what material can be used ?
Thanks !
My mistake. If you're using an inertia stamping press you might have enough energy to make copper slugs out of powdered copper.HiGos !
I’m looking for the materials used in some pellets like the Predator GTO’ , but , for I see it has higher price than lead . I’ll continue looking for .
And no , the above slugs are swage , like all the slugs I make .
The casting is toxic for me , asma !?![]()
i buy from the pellet shop unless they don‘t carry what im looking for. they made things right on a pcp purchase and are good folks in my book. and they throw in a pellet tin rubberband each time i order a 4 pack or soGreat thread; I didn't find this one before ordering. I went through multiple sites, just adding to the cart and checking prices. Pelletshop offered the best price on JSB Heavy .25. It has been shipped, and I will report back on the packaging.
