Semi-Auto PCP Bullpup List

I've been trying to find one of these stateside and it's impossible. Krale is out in .30. Th eonly way I can see getting one is to pay about twice what you'd pay for a regular Blitz.
If you’re going to pay twice as much then I’d probably step up to a Sidewinder or a Mordax, but those unfortunately only have a 12 round capacity.

I’d really like to see someone else get into the select fire game. Maybe Evanix? They’ve done it before. Epoch certainly could do a good job of it too considering their experience with paintball.

I know some people don't like Hatsan but I like the Bullmaster I got from them. I'm probably just gonna end up grabbing a standard Blitz and holding onto it til I can find someone selling the BP for a decent price. I can't figure out why Hatsan would make them and then not release them in the US. The market's definitely here. It's like they don't want to make money.

I have a Bullmaster, took some experiments but once I got the return spring, hammer spring and regulator pressure dialed in the gun shoots with a very rare failure to advance. Not the most powerful gun but for putting a whole bunch of rounds downrange it is very good.

Anyone have an opinion on the Evanix Cloud Ultra?

If you can get past the the fact that the Cyber Truck stole it's design from the gun, it looks like it's perhaps a solid deal if one wants something SA that's relatively affordable (in airgun dollars).

There's very little out there on the forums and what's there is dated
One of my Favorite futuristic looking 30 cals!...I don't shoot it often, but when I do, I remember how much I like it! (The puff of air that hits your cheek on every shot, is REAL and a lil annoying, but tolerable)......Target is at 50yds

There's also the Blitz bullpup. It's not sold in the US, but you can order it through Krale.

Got mine a couple days ago, in .30 just like I wanted. Found it for sale on a Dutch air gun forum. Came with 750 JSB exact pellets, 6 mags, a crossfire II 2-7x32 scope, a vertical foregrip, and a hardcase. all in with shipping and everything I paid $825. I put my red dot and flashlight/laser combo on it and I've been hitting groups of 3 inches at 70ft. I was surprised how accurate I got it. That's on semi auto though, on full auto it's about a foot sized grouping at 40ft.

I don’t have a blitz, but what I’ve found with my sidewinder on full auto is that shooting small groups is all about having very firm control of the rifle. If you set it up with an Arca rail and a tripod and pull it tight into your shoulder the groups will start to approach what you can get in semi-auto.

You can get reasonable groups on full auto just by pulling it tight into your shoulder and shooting small bursts as well, but when you’re shooting those kinds of groups the accuracy just gets progressively worse with every shot. When it’s all clamped in to a tripod that’s not the case.

Noice!

Other than the colors, the over all look of that gun really doesn't look out of place at all w todays popular lineup

I want one...& looked hard but but there's a lot of things I want so maybe if it's meant to happen someday.

Evanix was ahead of the curve..perhaps a bit too much too soon maybe?

Ive not seen much on the gun & it's reliability. That one fat headed YTer broke his, but it's much more mechanically complex than the AEA stuff which he also hamfists. I take reviews like that w a pinch of NaCl

I don't own one but the Evanix Semiauto offerings always seemed to catch my interest. I dont ever read anything negative about them and they are reasonably priced. I am not a fan of the cloud ultra design. It is distinctive but a bit too far for my tastes.

I have to admit I've moved on from Semiauto. They are fun but I really do not need one. My SL and bolt action are sufficient as I very rarely need a follow up shot. Shooting paper I tend to take my time so pulling a lever or bolt is not a problem.

I think my Huben changed that for me. If it were all just about the semi-auto I would agree, but these hammerless guns bring so much more to the game. The K1 is an awesome gun on so many levels, and the semi-auto function is just a nice by product. The ability to easily and repeatably change the power level literally by an order of magnitude (or more) is amazing. I do it all the time - mine is set to nominally push 18.1s out at about 920 fps at its "main" full power setting (more power is readily available if I want to shoot heavier stuff), but s simple twist of the dial drops it down to under 400 fps if I want it there. I did it several times today already in my battle against chipmunks - had it at full power for popping some at ~35 yards out in the open, but then dialed it way down for one that trying to hide just a few yards away from me, and again later for one right next to my house. Then right back to full power with no issues and no need to check anything. I just had to learn the holdover for the different speeds, but the gun is dead on all the time at any speed.

Anyways, the Huben makes it hard for me to find interest in most of what is on offer anymore. I did buy a Sidewinder hoping it would be all that with the added removable mag, but it is not as refined a gun - and in mine the accuracy gets progressively worse when the speeds fall under 850, and continue to degrade as it goes slower. I could care less about the full auto - that is only used as a party trick for friends to try out. In the end, the Huben is the one I want to shoot, and the semi-auto is just icing on the cake . . .

I love my huben, but my eyes are on the new Taipan Slash. It could very well be an improved Huben. The kind of mechanism is similar.
