Taipan Veteran 2 .25

Hello all
I have a question regarding the subject line, are any of you using this for hunting and if so in its ‘out of the box’ condition what sort of distances can small game be taken? Trying to decide between the Taipan, RTI Mora or the AGT Vulcan 3, I live in the UK, thanks in advance

Doesn't matter which brand if you're limited to sub 12

Hi, I am not limited to sub 12, when licensed we can use full power hence the question 😁, I should have specified that in the original post 🙄
Sweet, but I'm a little biased because I have the Vulcan 3 30 cal and I just got the HP regulator set at 200 bar and loving it. Super accurate and I'm shooting 65.5 grain slugs at 990 feet per second and 140 ft lbs. I know you're looking at the 25 Cal but just saying... love the Vulcan.
With that said if I did buy another gun I would love to get my hands on the RTI Mora, it is easier to adjust since everything is external so if you like playing with different weight slugs and like to tinker with the settings being able to adjust externally as awesome but you can't do on the Vulcan

The Mora has a newer, more sophisticated valve, an amazing trigger (all of these do), and is capable of more than enough power. I own a Vet 2 and it is wonderful, but the Mora would be my choice.
The Mora is a porker but I don’t know if the new Taipans are porkers too. Which one would you rather carry around to hunt with?

Hi, thanks for the reply, interesting 🤔. Only thing that concerns me would be the more sophisticated valve could mean more to go wrong? I think the Veteran is simpler and really well engineered and proven and I mean that in no detrimental way to the Mora. Would be good to know the effective range of the Veteran for hunting 😁
