I emailed HatsanUSA to enquire as to the availability of a oring kit for my Hat.At44. I was having some difficulties locating a complete set. My email was answered by Kadden who informed me that they did have them. Kadden requested a copy of my receipt and address. This was on a Thursday evening. Sunday, father's day, the complete oring set in my hands.
So I just wanted to come on here and give credit to HatsanUSA and Kadden for making MY customer service experience easy and very fast to get the product to me. I don't know if Kadden is a member or if the HatsanUSA people read these but just want to say Thank you from a very happy Hatsan owner.

Wow .. ive emailed a few times about spring kits for 2 gas ram guns that just went flat ... No replies

Then just recently on there 15% off on all referbs sale that was not applicable..lol. .... No reply on 2 inquiries 5 days apart.. still waiting ..lol.



Its funny you read around the forums some guys hatsan answers and helps and just as many they don't ..

Sadly i must fall under the they dont category..lol

I had nothing but great service from them! I had a gun that was a retirement gift from my last employer that had several issues over a couple years. I fully expected to pay for any repairs ( as I had no receipt/ proof of purchase ) & told them so. They repaired a leak ,then replaced a regulator (twice) ,all on their dime even free shipping! I traded the gun after the last repair ,but I give Hatsan USA credit for service.

Well not that it's negative. Just how it is i guess . Lot of threadd or posts on this around over the years.

That referb i tried to buy was a spring gun that id swap out its dpring parts to fix my gas ram gun ./ Parts gun . Cant even do that with them..lol

Ill never buy another hatsan gas ram gun ... Ever. Its a shame to . The model 25 pistol i got was a hard hitting straight shooter i got lot of shooting enjoyment from. I'd like to keep it up and going , but...

Anyway ill cool down and try again in the future . Im glad it worked out for you . Maybe my email will go to the right guy in the right cubicle next time.. fingers crossed ..
