RTI Mora .25 new vs old questions whats different?

I just received a mora .25 standard today and I immediately noticed the grip is not an AR grip, also the dwell valve is the old style, no knob. I was immediately disappointed but if i can get over those two items being different, is there anthing else i should be concerned about? Do I at least have the air hammer that doesn't require constant adjustments ? Or has that been updated as well on the new releases? That's one of the main reasons I bought this gun. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you post a pic of the dwell valve and the grip? I have a first run Mora (no issues reg/valve issues so far) to compare some of that too.

If you got an older gun you would definitely want to get a newer model - but it's not the original is a turd. I'm still shooting MOA or near-MOA outdoors at 100 yards in .25 with Altaros slugs. Also - unless you are retuning the regulator often then the hammer spring is really a set and forget type thing.

Here are clearer pictures. Thanks I'm trying to clarify if this is the newest version or actually an older left over20250611_084721.jpg20250611_084714.jpg20250611_084708.jpg20250611_084651.jpg20250611_084645.jpg20250611_084639.jpg20250611_084623.jpg20250611_084656.jpg

You do have the newest version with the air hammer and shortened cocking handle to not obscure the pressure gauge.
And the grip is an AR grip that is just flat top, that's all. Same as mine too. You'll really like the air hammer.
Also, If you want to ever remove the grip.. It has a polymer pin that needs to be pushed out. (Sideways through grip)
The rubber overmold actually comes off leaving an easy way to unscrew the hex bolt with a 5mm allen wrench.

That looks to be the updated version.
I was going to agree - the original Mora has the dwell valve knob - but that's easy to move so the new setup looks more robust.

I have to agree I do not like new grip - but just because it's vertivle and not angled doesn't mean it's not AR compatible - have you tried to remove it? (I see MACTEN answered a lot of this above)
