Yeah, I need to get a better silencer. I have a couple of unexpressive printed silencers, but I think the way it came set up from the factory. It’s too much I want to get either something much bigger or at least more quiet though the truth I have shot so many Power burners that I think half of my hearing has gone so it doesn’t bother me, but I hate to bother all the people. Well, maybe next month when I get my SSI check.

I've only popped a few rounds into the mulch box with the Shogun mounted. It is quieter!
I'm in the same boat. Hearing shot. I take out my hearing aids and put on a pair of 3M protectors...very, very quiet.

Most scopes dedicated to airguns don't necessarily handle recoil very well. Some springers , and gas rams can destroy those scopes. Edit : You can use any rifle scope on a airgun , but not a airgun scope on a rifle. I actually did this once , and on the first shot with my .308 it turned the lenses sideways in the tube.

Congrats!! As a fellow new compressor owner, being free of HPA anxiety is amazing! Finally, I can empty my bottle to adjust the regulator down without stressing over a trip to the dive shop.

Kind of a story here... I pre-ordered an Athlon chronometer from Optics Planet on May 9th. They pushed back the estimated ship date and the last one I received was June 13th (!). But I didn't cancel because the price at the time was $349. Well, I called them yesterday and they were still backordered, no new estimated ship date. So after waiting over a month, I canceled the order.
So today, I called AoA and bought the same Athlon chronometer (for $50 more, but at least they had it in stock). FINALLY I will be able to properly tune my Blackwolf!
