Fastest Pellet Sorter in the Works

Sorting 22cal pellets.

The LCD display shows the weight followed by the Bin # and the pellet count for that bin.

"Typical Weight" and "Tolerance" can also be seen. Both are user inputs and the test limits are generated from these 2 parameters.

Pellets are actually being sorted into bins, based on the measured weight (in grains).

At this speed the output can be up to about 4k pellets per hour.

I would love to see something like this used by manufacturers at a reasonable increase in cost.
Many airgunners would be more than willing to pay more to have the time back spent sorting.

I can make an auto-feeder if needed but head sizing is out of my league ATM. AFAIK head sizing would involve some swaging and is beyond the scope of this machine. Maybe in the future?

They need to send me a RFQ, then I send them a Quotation, then they send me a P.O + payment....... F.O.B. Cavite, Philippines.

Yes it can be done but what's the point? What you asked for is the same as: "Take 1 bin's contents (the perfect single weight) and lump the other bins contents together."

The "Tolerance" can be set to 0.1% which is practically the perfect single weight that you want.

Thats a great piece of equipment! Looks like a more complicated coin sorting machine.

Now just make the top a bit bigger so you can dump an entire tin of pellets in and crack open a beverage

We're thinking along the same lines. I added a tray and it's not quite self-feeding yet but much faster than one-pellet-at-a-time.

In the first video you can see the display showing the difference to target/set weight, the lowest I saw was -0.04gr but there also was a 0.00 so I guess it goes down to 0.01gr differences at least. May be even finer if the display just doesn’t show 0.00x. It’s amazing. I never sort ammo just because it would be too tedious. I’d buy this thing in a heartbeat.
