I received a tin of Crosman Premier HP. 22 14.3 gr pellets that contained ~30 .177 pellets which appeared to be .177 CP domed 10.5 gr. As I used more tins, I will keep checking to see if that is the only tin.

It is amusing and interesting because the package appeared to be completely normal.

I am wondering how that could happen? This is an interesting & intriguing experience and not a complaint. I have shot more than 50,000 CPHP pellets in the last 2-1/2 years and am pleased with them.

Has anyone understanding of the manufacturing and or packaging that could offer an explanation?

I have learned that trying to pass the information to Crosman, via Amazon is not productive. Amazon does not have a formal process, it seems, to convey not complaint information back down their supply chain. They wanted to credit me for the shipment and I had great difficulty in disuading them from crediting me despite that the product was just fine. Being honest is often more trouble than going along, it seems.

Gamo now owns Crosman and Daisy. CPHP's are now produced in Spain. You have the "old" made in USA stock. The .177 CPHP's are also now made in Spain and lighter in weight.
I just received some "Made in Spain" CPHP .22 14.3 gr pellets.

I will see how they look and shoot.
