The Rapid Air Weapons (RAW) Buyers Guide

Its because the closing out the dedicated left & right hand action versions for the new ambi actions being built. The newest version also doesn't have the blanking plug on bottom of action. There are other small differences between the 2. I snatched one up too when they started the sale. Rest assured you got a deal.
Hey Guys,
I also got another RAW HM1000X in Camo (.25), but it was a newer model - which I don't like as much.
But Yes - What a deal for $1,500 ;).

no blanking plug at the bottom? so no way of fitting an extra large plenum then? must of found a better way of drilling the port inside the block (y)

This is an old post and many things have changed since Martin sold the company to Air Force. Walnut stocks are no longer available and you can’t get an HM1000x in .177 unless you have it custom made. Martin built mine for 100 yd slug shooting. Still good rifles though.
I'd love to have a .177 hm1000x

Martin will build one for you, but you can’t get one from Air Force.
I was shocked about that. I was sold on getting an HM1000x for field target. Then I found out they don’t make a .177 caliber rifle. They only make the micro hunter in .177 or the pistol.

So since I have to go to Martin, I am getting a TM1000x instead.
