Path to thermal fun town?

Gun: Benjamin marauder
Goal: thermal(night) optical (day) scope set up with over 10x max magnification.
Budget: Low

Can I use a magnifier with an LPVO to increase its total magnification or can I not get more than 8ish with any LPVO set up (optical only)

The current scope I’m leaning towards is the Athlon Talos BTR FFP 4-14x44mm. After doing research I’m worried this scopes bottom magnification is too high and will be too pixelated from the zoom.

Last, I’m just hoping for recommendations on good quality but budget clip ons that could pair well with the talos or something else if there’s other recommendations

Depending on your budget take a look at Pulsar. Cameron at Thermal optics plus will talk to you about any line he carries and will give you an honest answer on what scopes are having issues and which firmwares for manufactures are giving the clearest images.
