What pistol did you shoot today

Shot this CO2 pistol I just finished yesterday. Still not quite happy with the speed, 532+ f/sec with 13.43gr JSB's. I'm already working on another valve that will have much more internal volume. Looking for around 580 f/sec on 14.3 CPHP before I can give this to my nephew.

well my friend ...once again you have done it...You have kicked the Crap out of the Crosman Custom Shop..That's probably why they closed up shop after seeing your work they just couldn't compete ....lol... I wished I had gotten back in this game years ago when these 2400 were available then... the Silhouette style head with a mag and folding stock is Ace's...WOW..

Cool…now that I butter you up Mr. Wizard…lol…I did stupid thing and bought a Hatson Jet 2…from Amazon and there return policy is ..black..black no trades back..so I am stuck with is hoping to find a cheap fix for it..good thing I only filled it with just with 150 bars pressure…the 2 tiny set screws that hold the cly block almost blew off the gun.. caught it in time and degassed it..but the barrel is out of alignment with the shroud causing the pellets to chip off in the moderator…with out it ..it’s louder than a .22 LR…a 9” barrel with a threaded 1/2-20 would fix that ..but I can’t seem to find a barrel…any thoughts on a fix?…or see what Hatson has to say about it..they are going to say …go pound sand …lol

Hello everyone,

Got set up early this morning to shoot some Competition 9 targets with my FX Crown but decided to use my Diana Bandit at 10-meters instead. Shot three more rounds with the Bandit at test targets and then switched to the rifle. One day I will build up enough courage and take the Bandit apart and polish all the trigger parts and try to get the pull pressure down.

Have a great day,
ThomasT

Didn't realize you were asking me a question. Amazon has one of the best return policy at least in my experience. If you have a defective product such as chipping, it should be easy to get replacement. Which 2 screws are you talking about? If it's above the side picatinny rail, that is the barrel grub screws. If you have removed the barrel and shroud as a unit, then remove the moderator adapter before installing the barrel ass'y again. After that you finger tight the 1/2-20 adapter. If you tighten too much, it may slide sideways a little causing the barrel bore center line to be off with the moderator ( clipping). I don't have a Hatsan Jet, but I did help a friend with his before he got a Notos. An after market moderator such as one by Airgun Capital Moderator comes with a longer adapter for better alignment. Good bud, cheers!
