I'm usually doing chores at those times. Then almost every day religiously at 1 o'clock or so I go outside to the pasture and shoot.

My wife wants me to take her into town to do some grocery shopping, so that should kill about 1 1/2 hours, Other than that I will have to wait and see what the weather looks like.

I'll be hauling 1000 gallons of water up to the house. I live off grid so all water and propane has to be hauled up the 5.5 mile unmaintained dirt road. I have solar for power.

Ever since I retarded er retired I'm way busier than when I worked 40+ hrs a week. SWMBO has way more things for me to do than I can ever get done and the pay stinks

That was the Chattanooga R., which borders Georgia and South Carolina. I wheedled my Dad into taking my buddy and I to see Deliverance. We had no idea.
When we got home, Mom asked him about the movie. He said,
"It was ok until the rape scene."
"Oh, girls get treated so badly these days!"
"There were no women involved." He growled.
I skedaddled!

Deliverance was filmed in the Tallulah Gorge, on the Tallulah river near, Tallulah Falls. Georgia.That was the Chattanooga R., which borders Georgia and South Carolina. I wheedled my Dad into taking my buddy and I to see Deliverance. We had no idea.

I did not know that. The gorge is quite beautiful. My wife is from Macon and we have been up there few times, when her parents were alive, We always liked to visit then go up into the N Georgia mountains, usually staying at Unicoi State park, then driving around and exploring. I know that is one hella of walk from the upper park level down to the river in Tallulah gorge, over 1000 steps I think.
