Krale And UPS Import charge??

I never got an email back from Krale but they were pleasant to deal with when I called them. I was at home so my cell phone was on my internet and it cost me nothing to call them. English is not their native language but that only affected them for a few seconds. Once they heard my English they switched and were fluent. You have to call them in the morning due to the time difference.

It is perhaps not the most polite way to deal with it but another option is to just call the credit card company and explain what happened and that you have returned the gun and ask for a credit. I doubt there will be any issue. Or you could call Krale first and resort to this if they don't want to cooperate. My experience is good with credit card companies whenever I have a problem. My guess is Krale will not be a problem. They are polite, they just don't want to get involved with shipping problems.

UPS will be here in the next few hours. I will decline/refuse delivery so the Snowpeak P35X will be automatically sent back to Krale. If I refuse delivery, I won't be liable for the $860 import tariff according to the UPS Service Rep.

My plan is to let the gun be automatically returned to Krale. After this, I don't have a plan :). I'll probably email them with the order and shipment number and just tell them I refused shipment. I also know I could dispute the charge with credit card company, but don't see the need for that just yet.

I also might call them per your suggestion, once I determine the international calling rate for my AT&T mobile plan.

Actually, it looks like it's $3.00 per minute to the Netherlands with my AT&T plan that does not have international calling.

I think I'll stick to email for now...lol.
If you have a newer cellphone 2021 and up you should have wifi calling. You just have to enable it on your phone and you shouldn't get charged.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro and *do* have wifi-calling enabled, always have. But, I was not aware it was good for international calls too. Thank you!!

- I just called Krale using Wi-Fi calling and it works fine. I knew Krale in Netherlands was closed, and got their ... "press '2' for English" and then was told in English they were closed at this time.

Important: To insure only using wi-fi and not cellular.
1. Enable Airplane Mode.
2. Connect to your wi-fi.
3. Make call and prefix calling number with "011", the US exit code.

Example: To call Krale.... dial .... 011-31-522-46 12 84

You are welcome! Just keep in mind to still check with your provider, i've never been charged but I use T-Mobile.

Sorry I didn't see the edited portion, good to read!

Man I was just going to order a regulator for my zelos from hueban. Guess I better not take the risk
If you are talking about the bottle regulator, hajimoto sells them and they are here. I ordered one about 2 weeks ago.

I appreciate this info. I'm new at this and I've had a hard time finding this exact thing.
I want a bunch of stuff for my Harpoon; it's like a $500 list of stuff!
And I can't even get an email or return phone call from Texoma. I've tried like three times!

Maybe AEA/Harpoon just doesn't have the dealer support needed? I'll check these places... Thanks.

edit... I did check out Krale & Huma and they look to me to deal with super high end stuffs. Nice places but outta my league. (I didn't even know there was such a THING as a $10k air rifle!)
I did hear back from Jim at Texoma. He says he's setting up a new shop but he's still business as usual.

Huma has a Zelos adapter?
Sorry, no I misread and taught them. The message said he was looking for a zelo's and huben regulator. But I decided to look for zelos related things on the huma site and holy s#it! They're selling the gun for $821!

Also apparently they have them in .177 overseas

Sadly even without tariffs the devaluation of the dollar due to a lack of confidence in the US by the rest of the world has raised Krale prices. The P8x I bought from Krale in January is now up 260.00. Crazy whipsaw tariff policies have the rest of the world wanting no part of us. I hope you like the offerings from RAW and Airforce as they will be the only US made options. Perhaps this mess will allow foreign owned Crosman to flourish if they produce here.

Unfortunately almost all of crosmans offerings are now PRC junk builds.
