Not much to say except they suck. 5yds hole on hole, 35yds...6-8" groups, what's up with that? They don't look bad either.

That's a bummer! That's just slugs as you already know....look great, feed into breech great, shoot like doo doo....
. But, I do know you already have slugs that shoot great! I too keep trying different slugs even though I have ones that shoot lights out. It's slug FUN!

Yeah, I too have spent too much on slugs that are not accurate....tiz the nature of this beast of a hobby!

I have some 15 gr slugs that look damn good, but i can not shoot them well, So far i have shot 3 tins of them trying different speeds and different barrels.
Which is kind of sad CUZ got them at a damn good price.

Jace, too bad, I've not tried any of the Apolo slugs . I have had great results from several different pellets(.22) so far that look like other name brand copies.( that didn't do much!) I may give some .25 caliber slugs a go sometime in the future.

the apolo 22 slugs I recieved are of varing diameter and weight,,, a sorry bunch

Interesting, Kelly from KrazCool sells these are the recommended ammo for Hubens.
In .22 the 25gr and 28gr shoot very wellnout of some guns and .25 the 40gr shoots great in most guns I've tried and the 33gr shoot well in some guns. I've never had any of their slugs spiral though.
I just measured them with my my calipers and i had two that were .2175, while the rest of them were .217 i only sized, like twelve of them.
Then I measured them lengthwise, out of the twelve eight of them were between 6.82 and 6.88 millimeters long. The other four were between 6.71 and 6.78. I am not sure if that makes much of a difference or if any besides with weight. These are also hollow based, which maybe why they suck.

Ninguna de las balas de apolo son decentes, pero estas de 18 son pesimas, las probe en mi avenger X desde 800 a 930 fps y son espatosos los grupos, ni siquiera pegan 2 en el mismo lugar ni cerca, una verdadera basura.

Eso me paso a mi, pero entre velocidades de 900 hast 1000fps y no agrupan mas pequeño de 6 pulgadas a 30yd!
