your thoughts on crimped fitted hoses ?

Looks like much of the crimped hoses I used in the offshore industry. Are they certified or cheap offshore? Regardless, anti-whip lanyards and hearing protection are suggested as they ALL can fail.

the hoses i have are the microbore style, they dont appear to be crimped.
i'm not buying them, just seen them advertised.

Hydraulic hoses are crimped too. They're all crimped with few exceptions ive seen. The braided chinesium as pictured hasn't failed me but their foster clones have.

High pressure hoses in general are, gas, fluids etc. I'd stay away from the bargain bins...

My microbore is crimped but.... But.... Its done much more elegantly and professionally and you can't see each piece of the chrimp die. It comes from one of the "premium sources" which I've learned is still asian import usually, but vetted more. No I won't name names.

Some have a covers over the crimped area. Strain relief also. Especially being a microbore, I would be surprised if it's not crimped. Not saying yours is not.
