I bought a Rowan trigger for a LGU 2 years ago. Still in a drawer. Gives me the heebie-jeebies. I have the spring and piston seal now so. A job coming up. CrowBout $62 shipped..lol.
Nothing like sunlight to bring out the beauty of your stock.. JohnI shot till 8 pm. Got to like it. 4-5 hours shooting today. Finished off with this gem. HW30 .177. Very nice shooting gun. View attachment 560797I scored another 30 on weekend. Older stock model. .22 cal. and with a Rowan trigger. Crow
I’m envious you have a tuner to use. I know of no one here and to ship guns over border a major hassle.Got the second FWB 150 back from resealing by David Slade. Put the diopter sight back on and shot a few times at my swinger target. Did not need any sight adjustments. I put a Gehmann 522 adjustable iris on the front globe and really like it,

Two superb Guns , i also have both , a joy to shoot .Man o man just shot two rifles I don’t remember ever shooting. This company has to make springers again. First up a FWB 150. Just wow wow and wow. Check out my target stand. View attachment 560583Can you say perfect. This gun is worthy. Very happy with this one. Precision
Another beautiful masterpiece a FWB 601. Do I ever like the workmanship on these guns. Rembrandts. View attachment 560585This is a really cool gun. The breach opens automatically when jacking it. Ingenious. Could probably make you a coffee and sandwich. Can’t wait to play with these a little more.
Only an 1 1/2 hour shoot today. Crow
Have to ask . What kind of paper is that , the wavy lines ?Haven’t shot any of my air rifles for the last 9 days since free standing and shooting my Benjamin Titan at 10 meters.
So from the depths of my enormous safe (that only holds 4 rifles) I grabbed my 22 cal Hw77 and shot 9 pellets, one for each day at 25 meters. 5 on the left, 3 in the middle and one on the right.
Happy days
Gary

Yes! April and May, taxes then two major birthdays, and Mothers Day.Don't have any 97s but a 77 in 20. It is one sweet gun. No 98s either. Must remedy that one day. But working on a deal on a Mauser 404 Jeffries. Other things can come next month. I have Mothers' Day and an anniversary to take care of. Hmmmm. No more guns for perhaps the next three months? Thanks goodness for credit cards. Be Well Brothers, Bandito.
beerthief its absorbent paper my wife uses to wipe down the kitchen surfaces. I use because it’s cheap and doesn’t make any noise. I used to use photo copy paper by the ream and it would eco around the valley when hit. Scared off the pest opportunities.Have to ask . What kind of paper is that , the wavy lines ?
I'm surprised they didn't use the short screw. Although the brass one they supply often fits much looser, which is why I usually cut down the factory screw and use it instead.Went into town today and picked up another HW30 .22. today at Post Office. This is a beauty with a Rowan trigger. I’m leaving the iron sites on. View attachment 561333I have plans for this one. View attachment 561333View attachment 561344I like the feel of this trigger. The screws they supply are awful. I don't need set back, my hands are XXL gloves don't fit, but I've made shorter screws for people to replace the Chinese looking Rowans. Their slots are too wide and sloppy.I'm surprised they didn't use the short screw. I cut my slots cleaner with a hacksaw than they do with whatever they use..lol.The screws they supply are awful. I don't need set back, my hands are XXL gloves don't fit, but I've made shorter screws for people to replace the Chinese looking Rowans. Their slots are too wide and sloppy.![]()
Love those Feinwerkbau's ! I got my first back in either late 1974 or early 75, shortly after I got back from a military tour in Turkey. Picked up a 300s about ten years later, the just a few years back really got started. I got two of the newer Sport models. I had one for the better part of a year when I learned they were discontinuing them and I found a dealer with some NIB at a good price. Early this year I got a 602 Meistergrade, and then two of the 150's over the last couple of months. Let's not forget two each of the model 65 and 80 pistols.Man o man just shot two rifles I don’t remember ever shooting. This company has to make springers again. First up a FWB 150. I wasn’t into guns back in the day, period. Didn’t hunt like my brother and dad. Thought Diana was one of only pellet gun companies around. Had a few 24’s. Had no idea about FWB’s or any others. You have 50 years on me. LuckyLove those Feinwerkbau's ! I got my first back in either late 1974 or early 75, shortly after I got back from a military tour in Turkey. That 602 action is rather unique, especially the dry firing feature. Two downsides, it is really heavy or at least seems much heaver than the 150 and 300, and the cocking or charging effort is much harder.
Yep, from the looks of things FWB went from springers to SSP then PCP. They also make some rimfire target guns, but have never seen any. Thanks, I couldn’t say no.
Ha ha. Don’t need valet. I have an elevator to transport up and down. Can take several. Crow

I haven’t spent much time looking at these FWB’s, but what I have seen is stunning. Perfection.
A 124 is on my bucket list.
What happened to these guns? Did PCP replace these?

I almost bought a house in Turkey Marmaris. Very nice spot. CrowYep, from the looks of things FWB went from springers to SSP then PCP. They also make some rimfire target guns, but have never seen any.
I have been into guns most of my almost 80 year life. Dad started me sitting in his lap when I was about 4 years old with an old Colt Woodsman .22 semi auto pistol, then three years later got me a Marlin 39a, .22LR lever action rifle, which I still have. Shot smallbore match for a few years in college. I have done some hunting but honestly do not care about killing anything. I would much rather punch holes in paper, or even better tin cans. Skeet shooting is also a lot of fun, I really got into it big time when I was in Turkey and all we could have was shotguns.
