What are K1 owners using and getting best results when shooting slugs when hunting game such as coyotes ? What power setting are you using? What about pellets? What perform most efficiently, what power setting are you using for the pellets? My inquiry would be about the K1 25 cal. Thanks for everyones input.

i suggest that you read a few Huben K1 threads and then ask questions. There’s plenty of info about the Huben K1 already on the forums and people have plenty of opinions about what they like to shoot and what works for their K1s. Good luck trying to read what works for someone else to determine what’s best for you and your rifle and it’s barrel.
As for tunes, there’s a decent amount of info on the topic as well. It simply requires taking the time to sift through search results that yield threads like this one and finding ones with pertinent information.

I'll also add that you need to know some info about each gun as a data point - I believe the K1 has had three different sources of barrels in it over the years, along with other changes. They don't all behave in a similar manner in terms of ammo and power vs. accuracy.

What's BEST for one might not be best for another. All airguns, even identical, are not created equal. "Buy em & try em" is really the best way to find out.

what works for me my not work for your barrel. I have a 2023 and a 2024 Both are .25 caliber. regulator on 17. Turn up power wheel till you get between 950 to 990 per second With NSA 38.5 grain .254’s. One of mine I am running just shy of 1000 ft./s and the other one I’m running at 975 ft./s. they’re both shoot excellent. The slugs stay together with great expansion.
give it a try and good luck.
start with a clean barrel before test the NSA’s.

@rcawford58 With Huben K1 rifles the magazine chamber size and bore size makes finding ammo suitable for your K1 and intended purpose(s) a bit tricky. What helps is to read what other say they’ve used shooting from their K1s manufactured in the same year as yours and consoder starting there by buying small quantities of suggested ammo and seeing how they fit your magazine and shoot from your K1. When reading other Huben K1 threads try to keep this in mind.
