Another ammo horde!

Spring clean up week is going on and decided to upgrade my holding containers. When moving things I knew I had a lot of pellets...but dayum! Didn't know this much! And this doesn't include the lead wire for the Corbin press!

There are a TON of 22 pellets and quite a stash of 25. The small bin in the cabinet are the 177 ammo. So clearly I shoot far more 22 ammo than anything else. Ammo brands from Air Arms, JSB, H&N, FX, AEA, and JTS......so think I am good for a while.

Seems I either need to start shooting much more, or get more guns to have fun with.

I know there have been a few of these, but it's always fun to see how people advance further down this hole.

For my vulcan 3hp .30 im down to 30 avs slugs. Corbin says my setup should ship next week. Im trying to hold off on ordering more slugs and just wait to make my own. For the .25 i have 3 full tins

Can NEVER have enough projectiles to sling! Very nice stash! I too am "guilty" of hoarding projectiles...

I think I have you beat. It’s hard to say though because I have them dispersed in several locations. I’ve got at least 10k each of .177, .22 and .30, but I think my stock of .25 is about half of that. It’s hard to say though. I found a few tins of .25 Webley Mosquitoes the other day that I had forgotten about.

Would have to figure how many lbs of lead I have for the press. And then figure how many slugs I can make out of that....... and it would probably double the amount

Myself am sitting on 25K .22 pellets, so am feeling the need to re-up…

In the week i cast and powder coated 12 lbs of 39 grain .225 spire points for my Airforce Condor..I always have aleast 100 lbs of cast slugs for my .510 Texan or im nervous... i have to produce my slugs to be able to shoot and practice the way i want.. Price is going up...lol $1.25lb for pure lead....I always like to have 100 lbs of pure clean lead ignots ready for casting...

I think casting the pea calibre i am tied to would be a waste, but i could see myself casting if i was able to have something more substantial in calibre.

Given the price and selection of .177 I can't see doing it unless you're really into heavy slugs or something.

I see posts like this or just a picture of a stash , but then i read a description saying "10,000 pellets " , 10K is only 20 tins ! @ 500 a tin . just sayin' .............
