Cheap NV Megaorei recommendation?

Just looking for a cheap NV clip on. 20 yards, in the backyard for rats. I've been using a red light, and it works but want to give one of these Megaorei clip ons a try!

I'm confused of what the difference between the 4a, 4b, and Night Vision Scope Hunting Camera. It seems all 3 are different.. maybe they're not :)

These are the 3 I'm trying to pick from

Megaorei 4B

This one says 940nm?

This ones a 4A

The first one is a 16mm Objective Lens Diameter
Second 2 are 38-48mm

Anyone happy with a cheap one they bought? If i wanted to spend more, I'd buy a one leaf. I'm just not sure its worth the investment for me yet.

Thanks!

This isn't exactly what you are showing, but is a related example to avoid:
It works, but I'm not super happy with my Megaorei, but it is a 720p. It looks like a little security camera mounted in a tube that slips over a small regular scope eyepiece, and connects to a screen that mounts on top, next to an IR illuminator. It looks like this one:
What is good is that the IR works and the security camera picks up the IR light even in darkness. What is bad is that the view screen is way to bright on even the lowest setting, totally destroying any night vision my eyes might have, so that I have to wear sunglasses at night to view it. And the dynamic range seems limited, either objects are too bright or too dim to see, so I have to pass my hand over or play with the IR light to get them visible.
In a set location it could be optimized to work reasonably well, like a hide or table to snipe rats at night at specific location, but it isn't a scope for glassing the woods or backyard as one walks around.

Yeah I didn't add that one to the list because it just looked too bulky. It def. has alot going on haha.
