I still can't understand why some grown people are so gleeful about taking advantage of that mistake by Utah a few weeks ago. I guess we all have our own views on what is honorable.

If you want to sell me your house for 1/5th the market price, am I the fool if I say no and either passing up the deal to someone else or paying you full market value, or are you the fool for selling it at 1/5th the market price? No matter the outcome, someones a fool. What does honor have to do with a sale price...except the salesman having to honor their word.

I think that’s a poor example. Big difference between someone “wanting” to sell you something for 1/5th the price, and someone making a mistake with pricing.
