Back at shooting starlings with my FX Crown again

It was nice to return to the farm and shot some starlings again with my FX Crown again.

My Crown was always accurate with the 18gr AA pellets and it didn't disappoint me. Starlings were consistently tagged from 43 to 100 yards when the wind was calm. But once the wind picked up, it was struggling a bit to find the target. I guess that was the disadvantage of shooting pellets versus slugs in the wind.

Try some heavier pellets,you will need to make adjustments for the different weights.
