Explain the difference between a UIT rail, a T-rail, a Accessory Rail

I'm playing around with several different airgun platforms for proper fitment of palm risers or hamsters or other accessories.
But i need a better way to tell the difference between these three things... or perhaps it is just two things?
I don't want to start dropping coin (more coin) only to find out i just bought the wrong widget / interface.

So what is the difference between:

A UIT Rail

A T-Rail

A Accessory Rail

I know about Picatinny and Arca and Dovetail

thanks in advance.

Apparently a UIT accessory will fit UIT or a T Rail track but a T rail accessory will not fit the UIT because it’s thicker.
