AEA Anyone machine an AEA Zeus 72 cal. poppet valve?

Has anyone made a new poppet valve for the Zeus 72 cal and out of what material? Also... How big in diameter is the poppet valve and valve housing hole? Are these bigger valves are also breaking/failing like is reported on their smaller big bore brethren.
Delrin would be best. Also make sure you don't oil it when putting the stem on it will break after a couple of shots...

Are you talking about this? The original black plastic valve got spit out the barrel in pieces. This unit allows for tighter tolerances, which results in less air loss, providing greater velocity and tighter spreads from shot to shot.... and it will never fail.

No, I am wondering how big in diameter the actual poppet valve and stem are that gets hit by the hammer and opens to start the air flowing from the cylinder. Nice job on the brass transfer port!
