Dirty 16gr zans

So, has anyone else noticed the cavities of their 16gr zans or other sizes having pieces of what looks like wood?

Do only a couple look like that or all of them?
A lot of them do, I've only ever encountered this with the 16gr zans, I've tossed the ones that have an excessive amount. A few months back I got a back that looked like it had tiny wood chips in the bag, but I didnt make a big deal out of it, this is my second one now. I'm gonna have to check the other 2 boxes I bought but I would say 6 or 7 out of 10 have these inside the cavity.

It seems to me quality control is not Zans strong point.

What happened to your br100? I get that I'll be stuck with them, I just wanna know what it is.
Zan has admitted to an issue in his production/cleaning process that caused the br100 to have quite a bit of fliers, not flying worth a hoot out of anything. Then he says oh please stand by for our V2 thats not in the country, oh but wait, they are in the country so now I know he lied?

@Spinach i did ultrasonically clean a box and then relube with flp10 and they showed promise but I did not have the rifle set to shoot them, have to bump my reg up a bit then will report back. Either way, we shouldn't have to do that.

I bought a box of the 100br and luckily they were good for me, shooting submoa at 106yds at about 888fps when I had the impact set up for .30, but that's just poop, referring to the response they gave you.
