ALL NEW FX KING

How far are you looking to shoot coyotes? For a few hundred less you could do the sidewinder.
Well the problem is am left handed and had a buddy that did some tuning on the mini and he's lefty as well and said it is not comfortable because the mag sticking out to far and have to watch your cheek. He said as a left handed he wouldn't own one. The rattler the mag is more centered and he said it's doable

Doable does not sound necessarily comfortable either. Why not go for a gauntlet .30, it's ambidextrous and the heavy griffins slugs seem to work, don't think you'd have a problem going over 110fpe.

I was researching that exact gun this morning. lol. For the money probably the best deal going. I would limit my shooting to probably 100yds for body shots

I've thought about it as well, I just dont like how long it is lol. I deal with the length of my at44 only because of accurate it is, that and I only shoot it from my suv lol. (Iguana removal)

Yeah that's what has kinda slowed me on it as well but for calling coyotes I usually use a 22-250 with a 27" barrel in a Remington 700 so it's not short either

Not sure how long that is but my at44 is about 52-53" with huma mod on lol. And again I only have it casue of the accuracy and because it is solid, I can bump it and it won't move, I can grab it by the barrel and my poin wont shift.

That's a lot of yotes, do you use a can?
No sir I'd rather spend that money on powder, bullets, new mouth calls. I have just one can for 22lr. Some say it matters I hunt with buddies that use them and can't say they kill more because of it. Some will say it's a game changer for them but I've killed multiples on stand without one. To each his own but a can doesn't make you a better hunter.

There are lots of guys that kill a lot more than me. It's all about population of yotes in your area. You can have the best hand calls or e caller but if there's not a yotes it's a waste of time.
I live in a highly populated coyote area but just the opposite for squirrels. lol. I enjoy small game hunting more but it is what it is.

Or a Vulcan 3 for 1k less

Yeah I have one Vulcan 3 in 22 that Derrick set up for me with 34 grain varmint knockers at 76fpe. It shoots 1" at 100yds all day with a full mag. In fact he has been telling me to get the Vulcan 3 in 30 cause he just tuned one for slugs and it got 3/8" groups at 50yds shooting 60 some grain slugs for about 112 fpe. I might do that because I want a little more thump.

That’s awesome. Man I love the devastation of varmint knockers.

I haven't shot a coyote yet with them but other things they do quite the job. I think the 22 is fine for head shots out to 100 but body shots I don't know. This is my first time trying to use air rifles for calling coyotes. I am having to compromise on distance and shop placement to make it ethical. That's why I was leading to the 30 with more energy to be able to do good heart lung shots at 100

That's what I want. I'm trying to sell my impacy so I can get a vulcan 3 in .30. My impact is set up as a .30 with the 700mm barrel and it shoots phenominally. My issue is I can't help change barrels and tunes every couple of weeks, and I need something that is simply going to ground me 😂
