@Hangtown-Shooter - What did you decide? Evol or BRK or both?!
I couldn't think of a reason for me not to buy one.
I read every thread I could find about the gun.
I looked at anything used I could find. I did find some deals that were less money but that Sahara cerakote finish won me over and I went for a new one.
It should be here end of next week.
I'm sensing some very upset squirrels in the near future.

I decided not to Tony, I have several black moderators already and the rifle has black bits as well so it aught to still look good. I’m actually hoping it will be quiet enough without needing an additional moderator so I can keep the short OAL

Congrats!!! My Sniper HR is 5 years young, and the only thing I've had to replace in it is pellets and air ! Gotta love them.@AmosBurton … funny you should bring it up, mine was just delivered this morning!

Can't help much there. Their trigger is not match, but pretty darn good. Mine is very accurate, fit is perfect, not noisy, not heavy, yatta, yatta, yatta...nope can't help ya there!

It's accurate, built to last, has a nice trigger, a ton of shots per fill, and it looks sexy. OK, the 5th reason is subjective so reason #6, it has a super smooth cocking lever.

I've been diving deep on PCP the past few weeks watching video after video and reading as much as I can. YouTube had my heart pretty set on a FX Impact M3 (of course it did), but seeing this at that price is a much easier pill to swallow in terms of $$$. Especially considering I don't own any PCP gear (tank, compressor, scope, etc.) And I love the Sahara finish!

I love mine. I put a scope and moderator on it and adjusted the trigger, that's all I've done. Well except shoot it. I've put at least 1000 pellets through it and it's incredibly accurate with CPHP pellets.@Hangtown-Shooter - thanks for posting this! How are you liking it so far? I had an Avenger and a Notos when I got it. I still shoot all of them but the Sniper is the one I grab first if I'm going for a squirrel.
I would like to figure out some sort of sling for it but that's about it.

That's awesome to hear - what scope and moderator did you end up putting on? Would love to see a pic! This would be my first PCP and I have a goal of being able to eventually take it out to 200+ yds (target) so I really wish it had the option of a matching (tan colored) longer barrel...but the price on this is really tempting and I'm sure the benefits of the longer barrel could be argued. Super tempted...

I put a Donny FL Tanto and a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12x50 (I'm a hunter so SFP works well for me) on it.
I have a Tatsu that I tried out but the Tanto seems to sound better to me.
I've gotten mine out to 87 yards reliably but I'm only zeroed at 36yds.
I've already thought about trying to get a longer barrel but as a hunter am very satisfied with the length as it is.

How easy is it to change calibers on the Sniper XR series? I'd prefer a .177, but the Sahara .22 linked in the OP is $300 less than a .177, making it tempting to buy it & then change it over to .177, while keeping the .22 barrel, etc. for later swapping.

@TN_Yankee Have you seen or read of anyone swapping calibers on these rifles ? I don't think I've read of many, if any, airgunners doing this. To my understanding the Bantam Sniper is not that type of platform. If you have a link to a write up on that sort of conversion, I'm interested in checking it out.

No, I hadn't, but that's why I was just asking. I've seen the Ghost swapping barrels, but I realize that's a different platform.
