Shooting for score is so much more stressful than just shooting groups

Ok so I did a little better. Still no flags and 5-10mph winds which Strelock is telling me will push this little 600fps pellet anywhere from 0.6"-1.2". I tried to time my shots when the grass was as still as possible. Looking at the target, I'm thinking I probably should had given my scope at least a few clicks left. Proper use of the sighter targets would have helped I think. Live and learn.

what is your breathing like when you release the trigger ? most shooters do the easy breathing routine but exhale 1/2 way , stop, and release the shot .
ok , try this . keep the relaxed breathing in and out . Instead of an unnatural stop in the middle of exhale notice a very natural break (pause) at the bottom (no air ) before you start to inhale . this is natural movement . about 1/2 of exhale take up the first stage of trigger then at the bottom the second stage or release . the pellet is out of the barrel before your inhaling . this is a very natural movement for your body ,not a unnatural stop.
this takes a little practice to smooth the whole operation , use an "air gun " like an air guitar
