Just curious if in general 30 fx atomix shoot about the same as jsb 44.75 ? I have found this to be true in my fx guns in 25 cal. I have a Vulcan 3 that loves jsb 44.75 and want to try the atomix as they are even cheaper.

Since JSB produces pellets for FX, pretty sure results will be similar. Possible FX might be more consistent due to slightly different manufacturing process. WM

@Trucker3573 I think you’re comparing different types of pellets. Try comparing JSB Hades to the FX Atomic.

I’ve never shot hades 30 cal either. In .25 the fx atomix and jsb 25.39 shoot the same in all my 25 cal guns. Hoping the same is true in 30.

In .30 my experience shooting the Hades of a similar weight as the JSB 44.75 Diabolo pellets, the Hades shot and grouped well out to a maximum of 80 yards. They were shot from an AAA Evol with the gun tuned to shoot the 44.75 grain JSB domed pellets. I’m not sure how close the Atomics are to the Hades, but people say they’re very similar to the Hades. Which gun will you be shooting them from?

With my maverick sniper I am shooting .30 hades and atomics between 945 and 965 depending on outside temperature of any given day. The hades-atomics will do moa or better at 100yds. The regular 44.75 domes are at least a 2” group at 100 on same day out of the very next mag. The only reason I can come up with is they are definitely balanced different. The skirts on the hades and atomics are very shallow due to the hollow point. The regular ones have a pretty deep skirt so I am probably shooting them to fast.
I have shot the hades upto 1000fps and still hit sparrows at 75yds but I have never tried a group at that speed.

I was wondering the same thing but for my Evol .30. Hades are laser accurate so far to 90 yards haven’t tried 100 yet but will the atomics perform the same? Out of the tj barrel

So far out of my tj barrel the .30 atomics are doing terrible where .30 Hades were laser accurate. Maybe its time to clean the barrel? I’ll come back after a barrel cleanse.

Both shoot out of my Boss equally well..EDIT.. My bad its the HADES and JSBs Im assuming they are the same?

Ima come back after a thorough barrel cleaning so far though ehhhh.. I suspect either a dirty barrel or the barrel has to settle in.

Still haven’t tried atomic..lol. The hades shoot awesome out of my D wolf. I really would be shocked if the FX version didn’t. Both the 44.75 and 50gr FX do as well. I actually think the FX 50gr is the guns favorite so far.

Yes both the 44.75 jsbs and the hades are excellent out of the EVOL. I will be giving the FX Atomics another try

So I haven't had the chance to clean and shoot my EVOL however; I remembered my magazine keeps jamming every other pellet. I went to inspect it and noticed it does seem a little off with some play. Now I'm wondering if I hand load will the atomix preform better? I'll find out and let you know! For today tho I go bass fishing!
